Kingdom Wealth Solutions™ offers personal financial coaching services including but not limited to:
– Budget Creation & Optimization
– Debt Management Strategies
– Credit Empowerment Strategy™

– Legacy Wealth Package™
These services are educational and advisory in nature and are not a substitute for professional financial, legal, or investment advice.
2. No Guarantees
Results from coaching services will vary by individual and are not guaranteed. We provide guidance and strategies based on experience and knowledge, but your personal financial outcomes depend on your individual efforts and circumstances.
3. Payment Terms
All payments for services are due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payments are processed securely via our designated payment processor (Stripe).
4. Session Expiration Policy
All sessions purchased must be scheduled and completed within 12 months of the initial purchase date. Any unused sessions after 12 months will expire and are non-refundable.
5. Refund Policy
All purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. Clients are encouraged to fully commit to their coaching sessions and scheduled appointments.
6. Scheduling & Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited without refund.
7. Privacy Policy
We respect your privacy. All personal information collected during coaching sessions and via intake forms is kept confidential and is used solely for providing coaching services. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials provided during coaching, including documents, tools, and resources, are the intellectual property of Kingdom Wealth Solutions™ and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
Kingdom Wealth Solutions™ shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or reliance on information provided.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

12. Amendments
